If you find that something is wrong with your ALPEN product, we’ll work to make it right. Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered from www.alpenstorage.com) or defective product(s) must be returned directly to ALPEN in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. The Return Authorization Number must be included with the product.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
ALPEN Bike Capsules carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to only the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to abnormal stress beyond the intended use of storing bicycles. Punctures and normal wear and tear are not warranted.
This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the capsule. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the product or any part or component that is deemed defective.
ALPEN reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. Damaged products must be returned directly to ALPEN Storage, Inc., in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number must be included with the product.
HOW TO SETUP A REFUND/EXCHANGE
To request a refund or exchange please contact ALPEN Storage, Inc. at email@example.com or (434) 322-0749. ALPEN will gather more information about your return and determine whether or not the damage is covered by your warranty. If approved, we will contact you to discuss return procedures. You will be given a Return Authorization Number and a shipping label to return your product.
